Spam Protection
An AI check moves obvious promotions and gibberish to a separate Spam folder you can review.
New feedback from the widget and the HTTP submit API gets a quick AI check, so your inbox stays focused on real product feedback.
- Only clearly unhelpful submissions, such as promotions, scams, and gibberish, move to Spam. Genuine issues, ideas, questions, and short messages stay in the inbox.
- Spam has its own folder, shows why a report was flagged, and never triggers new-feedback emails or browser notifications.
- Choose Not spam to restore a report, or Mark as spam to move one yourself.
- If the AI check is unavailable, the report stays in the normal inbox.
