One connected workflow

From a customer moment to a resolved update.

SupaFeedback now connects collection, context, team action, and customer follow-up without adding another process to manage.

01

Make it effortless to report

Use your own button or turn on the built-in launcher. Customers can explain the moment and attach exactly what they saw.

02

Know who and what happened

Identify signed-in customers by name and email, then receive the report, screenshot, and technical context in one place.

03

Close the loop automatically

Choose Instant, a daily digest, or Off for new-feedback emails. Email the submitter when work is Done, and announce the update to everyone visiting your site.

Survey campaigns

Ask one focused question at the right moment.

Create a 1–5 survey, choose the pages where it should appear, and publish it without changing your installation. The regular feedback button stays available for detailed reports.

Campaign rules

Appears on /onboarding/*

Once per visitor

01 · Target

Match the customer moment

Show a campaign everywhere, on an exact path, or across a route such as /onboarding/*.

02 · Prioritize

One automatic prompt at a time

A matching survey takes the page-load slot for that visit, while manual feedback triggers keep working.

03 · Learn

See the score and the story

Review shown, conversion, average score, 1–5 mix, page context, and optional comments on a dedicated results page.

Shipped update cards

Tell the whole site when feedback ships.

Publish a short update from the inbox, or when you mark a report Done. A What's new card appears in the same corner as your widget. Each visitor sees it once. The original requester still gets the Done email when the card is tied to a ticket.

01 · Write

Keep it to the shipped change

Add a title, a short description, and an optional link. Publish from the inbox, or after you mark feedback Done.

02 · Publish

Use the widget you already installed

No extra script. The card sits above the launcher, stays dismissible, and does not cover a survey.

03 · Unpublish

Take it down from the inbox

Published cards stack on the project page with Shown and CTR. Unpublish when the update should leave the site.

The real widget

Less friction for customers. Better signal for you.

Try the same feedback flow your customers get. Reports can carry a screenshot and, after sending, visitors can opt in to hear when their feedback is updated.

  • Capture the current tab or upload a screenshot
  • Get it in the inbox, then choose Instant, digest, or Off for email
  • Notify the submitter at In Progress and Done

Install your way

Three ways to collect. One connected inbox.

Start with the floating launcher, connect your own button, or submit feedback from an agent or server through the API.

Read the installation guide

Floating launcher

Enable it in Setup and the script tag is all you need.

<script
  src="https://www.supafeedback.com/widget.js?pid=PROJECT_ID"

></script>

Identified customer

Attach the signed-in person to every way the widget opens.

SupaFeedback.identify({
  name: "Maya Chen",

})

Agent or API

Agents can read markdown docs and submit structured JSON.

Built into every project

The detail to act, without the back-and-forth.

Configure once in Setup. Your widget, inbox, notifications, and public integration surface stay connected.

Private screenshots

Customers capture the current tab or upload an image. Only people with access to the project can view it.

Automatic context

See browser, OS, screen size, location, page URL, and user agent with every report.

Inbox spam protection

A quick AI check moves obvious promotions and gibberish to Spam. Review, restore, or mark reports yourself at any time.

Flexible triggers

Open on click or page load, limit frequency, and exclude sensitive routes such as checkout.

Targeted surveys

Publish a 1–5 campaign on selected pages, then see shown, responses, conversion, and the score mix.

Shipped update cards

Publish a What's new card from the inbox, or when feedback is Done. Each visitor sees it once.

A widget that fits

Choose the theme, brand color, title, launcher label, and preferred bottom corner per project.

A focused workflow

Move reports through New, Planned, In Progress, and Done from one live inbox.

Agent-ready access

Give coding agents markdown docs and a documented JSON API when a browser widget is not the right fit.

Feedback deserves a follow-up
